Yes! You can speak with the Accountant on the phone, via a video call, or even email and text message. You will even get reusable calendar links so you can book time directly in the Accountant's diary.
Our accountants get back to you fairly quickly, and there will be no extra charges to chat with them. They will also contact you directly to request more information if they need it.
That's what we do best! We will minimise your tax bill as much as possible while preparing it AND will give you tips on what you can do in the current financial year to improve your next Tax Return even more.

We will send it to you first so you can review and approve it, and then we do all the lodgement from our end. Easy peasy.

Tax Returns are not all the same, and prices will vary depending if you have any investments, or if its a different company structure, or even how many people you have in your household.
We start with a quick chat over the phone or a video call to discuss your unique requirements and give you a price based on the information you provided. As long as your requirements don't change that price will remain the same.
It all depends on you! We do need a bit of information to proceed, so as soon we we get all the info we prepare the Tax Return for your review. Once you approve it and pay for it we will submit it for you.
