Where we started
Adam spent years building his own businesses.
What frustrated him most wasn’t the work - it was the lack of real advice. He struggled to get straight answers from accountants and often had to research the rules himself.
So he started Hightop to give business owners what he couldn’t find: plain explanations, forward thinking, and advice that actually helps you run the business.
What we see with our clients
Most owners don’t realise when they stop being a “small business”.
They keep making decisions the same way they always have. They are cautious and do everything themselves. Even when the business has grown into something much bigger.
At that point:
A business doing $3M can’t be run the same way as one doing $200k. And guessing doesn’t scale.
